I facilitate people through transitions and transformations in their life with the support of plant allies, sound vibration and voice work, rebirthing breathwork, embodiment practices, and parts work.
What I offer
I’m a trained Intuitive Herbalist with many years of experience of holding people and groups in connection with themselves, land and nature.
This can be one to one, in groups and longer retreats mostly on the magical land I steward and tend on Dartmoor- or by invitation elsewhere.
I hold ceremonial spaces for thresholds, healings and celebrations, including sound, voice and the plants.
About Me
I have journeyed for many years reclaiming the deep feminine wisdom of my own body and supporting others to do the same. I teach the Shivashakti dance meditation as shared to me by Elisabeth Serra.
I’m a singer and artist, love creating beautiful spaces and growing plants.
